Before you order any items from this website there are a few things you should know:

1. All postage and handling costs are included in the prices shown.



2. Items are posted to the name and address exactly as shown on the transaction notification from PayPal. Please ensure that the correct and full details are entered when ordering. I cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect address.



3. Packages are posted by non registered air mail via Australia Post. Overseas deliveries could take up to 2 weeks. This may be longer depending on time of year such as Christmas season.



4. All products are guaranteed to be in good condition when packaged and posted. Should any product be damaged in transit I will replace it at no additional cost to the purchaser provided the purchaser provides me with sufficient evidence (e.g. photos, description) to satisfy me that damage occurred in transit.



5. Any orders cancelled prior to postage will attract a nominal fee as applied by PayPal in the refund process.



6. No refund will be made for any orders cancelled after postage.



7. Please choose carefully as I will not accept returned products and I do not offer a refund.
